Quotes provided are based on the information given at the time of request. Final charges may vary depending on actual service needs or changes made by the customer.

3. Payments

Payments must be made using the secure QuickBooks link provided. Services will not be scheduled until payment is confirmed unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service. Refunds for prepaid services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Waste

Certain materials are prohibited from our dumpsters. These include hazardous waste, chemicals, batteries, tires, and electronics. Customers are responsible for following disposal guidelines.

6. Liability

Hometown Disposal is not responsible for damage to driveways, surfaces, or underground utilities unless caused by negligence. Placement of dumpsters is at customer direction unless otherwise specified.
